Working for impact,

not merely theoretical change.

After over a decade of work in global and public health, both in the US and abroad, my mission remains resolute in forging lasting change, particularly among populations which are continuously neglected. Health is a human right and accessing quality care should not be beyond the scope of possibility for any member of our global community. As a result, the concept of healthcare delivery must be transformed.

Too many organizations simply discuss what needs to be done without actionable initiatives.

Too many political systems focus solely on the sub-populations which serve their narratives while others are left in the shadows.

Too many actors in global health focus on the many instead of the one.

I serve as an ally for the ones who make up the many.

Research. Advocacy. Action.

A passion for social justice and combatting health inequity domestically and internationally has led to a career addressing barriers to care for marginalized populations, social and structural drivers of poor health outcomes among the most vulnerable, and preventative measures against the most burdensome infectious diseases.

With over a decade working in health equity and healthcare, I have experience in qualitative research, data collection, stakeholder and community engagement, with the predominant aim of spearheading change and effectively shifting existing, inept health equity narratives which perpetuate morbidity and mortality among the discriminated and deprioritized.
